Welcome to Muriel's Diary. This is quite a different type of a blog. Its a record of a diary of one shopkeepers daughter, who despite the extraordinary time of WWII, went on to fulfil her dreams and enrolled to study sociology at Bedford college (today's Royal Holloway), London.
